A women's cloche hat of hand-blocked water-repellent wool felt, reminiscent of hats popularized in the early 1930's. The curved contours of the crown and downward sloping diminutive brim is evidence of Art-Deco's modernity and lasting influence on fashion.

An adjustable calf leather band with embossed lizard texture has antique brass collar studs which tightens the head-size, as does the Velcro® tab under the elasticized inner band in back.
